There is something else to gripe.
Most singapore course is only catering to the singapore
enviornment. Most with diplomas or certificates from Singapore, can
only work within Singapore.
Their certs, training, experiences means they are stucked to
working in Singapore. They go overseas, their qualifications is
basically toliet paper.
Those few, with the foresight to pick up engineerings, medical
& banking/accounting, has a better chance of moving
internationally.
those in HR, Admin, law & some forms of IT are limited by the
fact that sg does things differently then most part of the
world.
